How I work

Most clients start with a 60-minute advice call. Some stop there because that's all they needed. Others go deeper into an audit, a sprint or ongoing build work. Each step is its own engagement with a defined scope. You decide how far you want to go.

    Advice call £100

    60 minutes · pay upfront, fill in a short form, book a slot. Most people walk away with enough direction to act on their own.

  2. 02

    Audit from £600

    Written report with prioritised actions on a specific area — site, listing, brand, operations.

  3. 03

    Sprint from £1,500

    Two weeks · one defined outcome agreed upfront. Positioning sprint, listing relaunch, platform migration plan.

  4. 04

    Build / ongoing by invitation

    Scoped per project · for clients I've worked with at one of the above tiers and want to keep working with.

Why it works this way

The tiered structure protects both sides. You don't commit to a big engagement before knowing if we work well together. I don't take on clients who need direction I haven't yet given them. Most projects don't need anything beyond an audit or a sprint, and that's a good outcome.
